CRM System from the ground up
HouseHoppers provides a range of relocation services to affluent home owners and busy executives. Understanding the complexities and anxiety associated with such a pivotal moment in life, they offer a stress free and peace-of-mind relocation service through their signature move, where they pack move and unpack a family’s home, in a single day. Unpacking back into cupboards organize which they colour code. They also set up the entire house ensuring the home is ready in from the very first night. With Luxury Add-Ons, like ensuring the house is cleaned before the move, pictures are hung and new utility accounts are opened on behalf of the customer.
Solution
This client did not have a CRM in place- Arctic Tundra onboarded them 6 months ago initially with the CRM application and since then extended out across SalesIQ, Projects, Campaigns, Forms, Sign, Desk and Analytics. This customer required webforms to be built and customers enrolled in workflows specific to custom pipelines created. This project is ongoing, as is Arctic Tundra’s support to the customer. A dedicated Zoho resource is contracted to this client on a monthly retainer for their support.
